The incline dumbbell fly is a great exercise that works on your chest and shoulders muscles.

HOW TO DO INCLINE DUMBBELL FLY ?

Performing the 7 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly: 
1. Set up an incline bench at an angle of 30-degrees.
2. Lie on the bench and hold a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip.
3. Keep your back straight and shoulders pushed back.
4. Keep your elbows slightly bend and pointing outwards.
5. Lower the dumbbells out with smoothly by keeping your elbows slightly bend.
6. Continue lowering your hands and feel the stretch in your chest and shoulders muscles, hold for a count of one.
7. Now bring the dumbbells back with a smooth arcing motion until the dumbbells are nearly touching.
