Today, lets begin by the exploring the health benefits of some nature’s unique extracts, a range of oils that can really give you a glowing skin.
Carrot Seed Oil
Extracted from the seed of the carrot plant, Daucus carota, carrot seed oil is a lesser known essential oil that has numerous healing benefits to the skin. It has a yellow brown complexion and a sweet pungent scent.
Carrot seed oil has the ability to rejuvenate dry and mature skin. It is a natural remedy for an aging skin since it is rich in anti oxidants, which prevent the production of free radicals that causes premature aging.
Hence, it can prevent and repair skin damage from the sun and the polluted environment. Carrot seed oil stimulates the growth of new skin cells and maintains the elasticity of skin keeping it soft and young.
You will find it many beauty products such as sunscreen lotions as it can protects the skin from the harmful rays of the sun. It is in fact, a natural sunscreen.

Many of you might be using it for your salad dressings too.
However, surprisingly, this oil can has been found to be an excellent beauty enhancer. Scarlett Johansson, in a recent interview sings praises of this oil and reveals it as her beauty secret in a recent interview.
Improves Your Complexion
Apple cider vinegar oil can change your complexion within weeks. It restores the ph balance of your skin reviving your original skin color. Just apply it with with water and see its effects.
Cures Skin And Feet Fungus
Apple cider vinegar oil is antiseptic in nature and thus inhibits the growth of bacteria, yeast and fungi in your skin
Thus, it is an effective cure for feet and nail fungus. If you have toe and nail fungus, apply it directly in the affected area, or soak it in water and apply, if you have sensitive skin.
Otherwise, for infections in any other part of the skin, you can add a few drops to the bath tub filled with warm water and let it soak in for 15 minutes. Reeat it for at least 3 days.
Apple cider vinegar is great for getting rid of dandruff. Acetic acid, the main component in this oil removes dirt from your scalp and strengthen the hair strands leaving it strong and shiny.
Apply it by by mixing it with water after you shampoo your hair. Leave it for few seconds and then rinse it with cold water to get a shinier look.
Caution: If you have sensitive skin, experiment with few drops initially when you mix it with water. Consider consulting a physician before applying it in case you haven’t used it before.
