Q.  Exercising Gives More Energy Why???

A.  Exercising give more energy because it increases the body’s metabolic rate. Metabolism is body’s ability to turn food into energy. One session of exercise can maintain metabolism for up to 48 hours[1]. Exercising three times a week is good for bodily energies. Therefore this becomes the reason why exercising give more energy. Aerobic exercises also make you breathe more deeply and oxygenates the body. Some forms of exercising give more energy to loosen up the body. This allows ‘vital energy’ to flow more freely. This further increases your available energy. The best forms of exercise for this are yoga[2] and t’ai chi.
