HOW TO DO UPRIGHT BARBELL ROW ?
Performing the 7 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:
- Hold a barbell with an overhand grip of your hands at shoulder’s width apart.
- The Barbell should reach your upper thigh region.
- Bend your elbows slightly but maintain the straightness of your arms.
- Using your shoulder sides, pull the barbell upwards, exhaling as you do so.
- Point your elbows outwards while you are doing this exercise, and keep the barbell close to your body as you raise it.
- Pull the barbell till it reaches just below your chin region.
- Inhaling your breathe, return to the starting/initial position and repeat.
