Three Rules For a Healthy Life

Three Rules For a Healthy Life

It’s said, Health is Wealth. But how seriously do you take it?

Sickness is like a thief in the night who comes without any prior warning. To keep you safe from intruders, you need to take security measures. Likewise, for a healthy life free of sickness, I have listed 3 must rules that you must follow.

The Three Rules For A Healthy Life:

#1 Keep a First Aid Box at all times:

Healthy Life: First Aid BoxYou need a first aid kit at home so that you can administer the first-aid when someone is injured or sick until the person is admitted in the hospital.

What should it include: Personal items like your medication, emergency phone numbers, and any other  items needed for your health-care. Apart from that, these are the must-include:

  • 2 Absorbent compress dressings
  • 2 Triangular bandages
  • 5 Antibiotic ointment packets
  • 2 Roller bandages of varying widths.
  • 4 Non-adhesive dressings of varying widths
  • 2 Non-latex disposable gloves
  • 1 Notepad and Pen
  • Plastic Bags of varying sizes
  • 1 Adhesive tape like micro-pore.
  • 1 Resuscitation mask or face shield.
  • 5 Antiseptic wipes
  • Sterile gauze pads of different sizes
  • 2 Scissor
  • Tweezers

(P.S: This list is made with reference to Red Cross and Better Health Channel’s first aid box recommendation).

#2 Find an Online Health-care provider:
