HOW TO DO THIGH ADDUCTOR / INNER THIGH MACHINE?

Performing the 10 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. After selecting an appropriate weight, fix an adductor machine.
  2. Adjust the seat and leg pads to a comfortable position.
  3. Hold the handles on either side of the machine.
  4. Maintain a straightness in your upper body.
  5. Press your back firmly against the back rest of the machine.
  6. Push against the leg pads of adductor machine with your legs and slowly spread them.
  7. Do not pause until you feel a slight stretch in your adductors.
  8. Squeeze your adductors and hold for a count of one.
  9. Inhale and return to the initial position.
  10. Repeat.
