How to do Shoulder Stretch?

Performing the 4 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. Stand straight and get your right arm across your upper body.
  2. Hold your right arm with your left arm and keep it  either below or above your elbow.
  3. Hold it there in this position, stretch and then release it.
  4. Repeat the same stretch using your left arm.
