1514

Comparing any ingredient, whether it’s man-made or a natural compound, with anabolic steroids presents a challenge. There is nothing that is as powerful as androgenic anabolic steroids, hormones and mimetic amines with respect to their dramatic effects on the human body.

Even if you are a seasoned steroid using professional, you’ll still want to be a 100% natural bodybuilder. You would want to go for natural supplement will probably use a natural supplement product to help you succeed.

About Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine is commonly found in weight management supplements. So much so that it may have damaged its reputation a little. It’s viewed by many as “overused” and “overhyped”.

An effective stimulant for improving athletic performance or weight loss, ‘Caffeine’ is used by many people in highly concentrated form as Caffeine Powder or Caffein Anhydrous.

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a teaspoon of caffeine powder is the equivalent of 28 cups of coffee.

Some even think caffeine is added to have some effect on the user and make them feel like the whole supplement is doing more than it is.

The truth is, caffeine is effective for both increasing fat burning rates and improving physical performance. It’s action via the central nervous system (CNS) also makes it a useful, if relatively short term, cognitive enhancer.

Caffeine increases levels of a messenger molecule called cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) which encourages organs and tissues to accelerate their output.

Increased cAMP levels are, therefore, associated with increased lipolysis (breakdown of fat) rates, improved muscle protein synthesis, boost testosterone levels and elevated neurotransmitter activity. It is a highly effective testosterone booster if used before exercising.

The problem is that people use caffeine so frequently, even habitually, that its effects become dull to non-existent. In fact, caffeine has an “insurmountable tolerance” effect.

Once your body is used to caffeine, no level of increased dose will cause the benefits to kick in again. All you’ll get are some negative side effects of overdosing caffeine.

Therefore, it is how you use caffeine that makes the difference.

Do not consume other sources of caffeine while supplementing with caffeine anhydrous. That means no coffee for the 8 to 12 week cycle that you use it for.

Cycle off caffeine every 8 to 12 weeks for 2 weeks to reset your tolerance to base levels (take a few days to reduce the dose in increments so you don’t get the withdrawal symptoms).

Using caffeine sparingly (supplement only) and cycling on and off it will help keep it powerful and effective.

EGCG from Green Tea – Synergistic with Stimulants

Green tea contains 4 antioxidant phytochemical molecules called catechins, and the most abundant of those is epigallocatechin gallate, aka EGCG.

EGCG inhibits an enzyme which breaks down the neurotransmitter hormones, aka catecholamines: epinephrine (adrenaline). norepinephrine (noradrenaline) and dopamine.

Catecholamines assist in the fat burning process by breaking down stored body fat and allowing it to be excreted as waste or used as fuel for activity.

This also makes EGCG (or green tea extracts) synergistic with those compounds that increase levels of catecholamines, such as caffeine, forskolin and synephrine.

Again, EGCG should be cycled. The easiest way to do this is alongside your stimulant of choice e.g. caffeine. Once again, if you drink coffee daily then the fat burning effects will be greatly reduced as to be non-existent.

Taking EGCG and caffeine on an empty stomach will increase the circulating levels by 3 or 4 times the amount compared with taking it with food. However, the side effects – nausea, mild stomach cramps, jitters – are more likely on an empty stomach.
