HOW TO DO TRICEPS DUMBBELL KICKBACK?

Performing the 9 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. Stand on the right side of a flat bench with a dumbbell lying on the same side of the bench on the floor.
  2. Position your left knee on the bench and hold the bench’s front with your left palm.
  3. maintain the straightness of your back while in this position.
  4. managing an overhand grip with your right hand to pick the dumbbell lying on the floor.
  5. Push you arm holding the dumbbell upwards, inline with your body. keep the elbow tucked inside maintaining a 90 degrees angle with your forearm which would be hanging down towards the floor.
  6. With the help of your triceps, stretch your arm holding the dumbbell, backwards until it is in line with your shoulder.
  7. Remain in this position till the count of one.
  8. Get back to the starting position. hold on and then repeat.
  9. finish your set for the right arm before moving onto the left arm.
