- Stand between the dip station holding its bars firmly with an overhand grip and place your elbows tucked towards the inwards.
- Keeping your hips straight, push your body in the upward direction using your arms and shoulders such that your body is hanging in the air.
- Pull your body down by applying force through your palms and by curving your elbows.
- Stay in this position for a while and then return back to the initial/starting position and repeat the above steps.
