HOW TO DO TRICEPS DIPS /BENCH DIPS?

Performing the 4 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. Stand between the dip station holding its bars firmly with an overhand grip and place your elbows tucked towards the inwards. 
  2. Keeping your hips straight, push your body in the upward direction using your arms and shoulders such that your body is hanging in the air.
  3. Pull your body down by applying force through your palms and by curving your elbows.
  4. Stay in this position for a while and then return back to the initial/starting position and repeat the above steps.
