HOW TO DO LR: RESISTANCE BAND TWIST?
Performing the 7 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:
- Position your body so that you stand perpendicular to LR.
- Grab the resistance bands with your arms straight and thumbs up.
- Now steadily rotate your upper torso away from LR.
- While you are at the end of the rotation, squeeze your abs.
- hold for a count of one.
- Return back to the starting/initial position.
- Repeat the above steps to complete the reps on both the sides.
