HOW TO DO NECK STRETCH ?
- Stand erect with your head facing forward.
- Gently try to lower your left ear to your shoulder till a point where you begin to feel a little stretch.
- Now, stretch a little more by placing your left hand on your head and pulling the head a little further to the left side.
- Gradually release the stretch and come back to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side too.
