HOW TO DO LR: RESISTANCE BAND SINGLE ARM ROW WITH KNEE-UP?

  1. Stand in front of the LR and grab the resistance band with straight arm and a neutral grip of your hand.
  2. Now, pull the resistance band towards you while lifting the same side’s knee upwards.
  3. Squeeze your biceps once you have reached the end of the movement.
  4. Stay there in this position till the count of one.
  5. Steadily put your knee down and get your arm back to the initial position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps alternating each side of the arm.
