- Stand facing against the LR.
- Grab the resistance band with your arm extended straight and palm facing down.
- Now, Push away your arm from your chest.
- Squeeze your chest once you have reached the maximum limit of your stretch.
- Come back to the starting position and repeat for desired number of reps, alternating from the other arm.
