HOW TO DO KETTLEBELL THRUSTER?
Performing the 6 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:
- Grip two kettlebells. One in either hand.
- Starting position: Pull them up to your shoulder level. Twist your wrist as you do so.
- Final position: Squat down while the kettlebells are there in your hands. Keep your back straight as you squat.
- While your have reached the bottom when you squat, start to reverse the above steps.
- When you have stood up again and reached the starting position, extend your arms in the upward direction with kettlebells in your hands.
- Get back the kettlebell to your shoulders as your repeat your reps.
