Performing the 5 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:
1. Lie down with your upper back perpendicular on a bench, with your feet on the floor and knees at a 90-degrees angle.
2. Hold a dumbbell in your hands under the inner plates and elbows slightly bent.
3. Keep your hands straight and bring the weight over your chest.
4. Now, lower the dumbbell behind your head and down below the bench.
5. Slowly get back to the starting position, pull the dumbbell up and over your chest.
