HOW TO DO CABLE ROPE OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION ?
- Get a rope attached to the bottom of a cable station.
- Turn your back towards the cable station and hold the rope with a neutral grip of your hands.
- Completely stretch your arms towards the ceiling of the floor such that your hands are risen above the level of your head.
- Starting Position: Keep your elbows near to your head.
- Inhale your breathe and lower the rope you’re holding without moving your upper arms.
- While you are extending your triceps and they’re squeezing, hold there till the count of one.
- Final position: Exhale your breathe and return to the initial/starting position by flexing your triceps.
- Repeat the above steps in order to complete your sets.
