When seeking out the perfect fitness support network, look for people with similar exercise goals to your own. This will enable you to swap relevant stories, share important experiences and trade tips for meeting your goals in a timely manner. Of course, this isn’t to say that you have to limit yourself to people who are embarking on similar fitness journeys. You may find that your regular support network of family and friends is all you need to knock your fitness goals out of the park.
