What should it include: Personal items like your medication, emergency phone numbers, and any other  items needed for your health-care. Apart from that, these are the must-include:

  • 2 Absorbent compress dressings
  • 2 Triangular bandages
  • 5 Antibiotic ointment packets
  • 2 Roller bandages of varying widths.
  • 4 Non-adhesive dressings of varying widths
  • 2 Non-latex disposable gloves
  • 1 Notepad and Pen
  • Plastic Bags of varying sizes
  • 1 Adhesive tape like micro-pore.
  • 1 Resuscitation mask or face shield.
  • 5 Antiseptic wipes
