  1. Keep adjusting a barbell on a weight rack, until it is at the same height as your shoulders when seated on the bench.
  2. Maintaining the straightness of your back, Pull up the barbell from the rack using on overhand grip of your hands positioned at shoulder width apart.
  3. Pull the barbell up and slightly over your head by pushing up and locking your arms.
  4. While you inhale, slowly put the bar down to shoulder level in a straight line.
  5. Hold for a count of one while flexing your triceps and shoulders
  6. While exhaling, push the bar back to the weight station
  7. Repeat the above steps.
