HOW TO DO LR: SUSPENSION STRAP SQUATS?

Performing the 7 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. Stand in a position, such that you face LR.
  2. Grip the suspension bar by
  3. Slowly and steadily bend your knees and lower your body.
  4. Flex your legs while you have reached the end of squeeze.
  5. Be there in this position for a count of one.
  6. Maintaining you posture, extend your legs and get back to the starting position.
