HOW TO DO LR: RESISTANCE BAND TWIST?

Performing the 7 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. Position your body so that you stand perpendicular to LR.
  2. Grab the resistance bands with your arms straight and thumbs up.
  3. Now steadily rotate your upper torso away from LR.
  4. While you are at the end of the rotation, squeeze your abs.
  5. hold for a count of one.
  6. Return back to the starting/initial position.
  7. Repeat the above steps to complete the reps on both the sides.
