HOW TO DO LYING DUMBBELL TRICEPS EXTENSION?

Performing the 6 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. Lie on a bench. with your back resting on the sitting part of bench.
  2. Place your feet on either side of the bench.
  3. Hold one dumbbell in either hand. Position your palms such that they are facing each other and let your hands lie close to each other.
  4. Now extend your arms backwards until they reach overhead and are in a fully extended position.
  5. Now, bend your elbows and bring them down to either side of your head.
  6. Re-extend your arms to return to the starting/initial position.
