HOW TO DO KNEELING CABLE CRUNCH?

Performing the 7 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:
  1. Kneel yourself in front of a cable station to which a rope has been attached to the top pulley.
  2. Hold the rope and place your hands in front of your forehead.
  3. Now bend down from your waist to the extent your elbows reach the middle of your thighs.
  4. Reach back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the above steps to complete the desired number of reps.
