This exercise requires Kettlebells to perform it.

 

HOW TO DO KETTLEBELL THRUSTER?

Performing the 6 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. Grip two kettlebells. One in either hand.
  2. Starting position: Pull them up to your shoulder level. Twist your wrist as you do so.
  3. Final position: Squat down while the kettlebells are there in your hands. Keep your back straight as you squat.
  4. While your have reached the bottom when you squat, start to reverse the above steps.
  5. When you have stood up again and reached the starting position, extend your arms in the upward direction with kettlebells in your hands.
  6. Get back the kettlebell to your shoulders as your repeat your reps.
