WHAT ARE INCHWORM?

Inchworm are performed to work over  Abs & Obliques, Glutes & Hamstrings, Middle & Lower Back / Lats.

 

WHAT MUSCLES DOES INCHWORM WORKOUT?

Primary muscle:  Abs & Obliques, Glutes & Hamstrings, Middle & Lower Back / Lats are primarily benefited by Inchworm.

Secondary muscle:  Biceps, Calves, Chest, Forearms, Shoulders are the secondarily affected muscles

 

WHAT EQUIPMENT DOES INCHWORM REQUIRE?

No Equipment is needed to do Inchworm.

 

HOW TO DO INCHWORM?

Performing the 6 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:

  1. Stand straight on the exercising mat with your legs extended straight.
  2. Now Bend down from your hips trying to touch the floor with your palms.
  3. Maintaining the straightness of your legs, move your hands forward. As much as you can.
  4. While doing so, try not to sag your hips.
  5. While taking small steps with your feet, move towards your hands.
  6. Come back to the standing position and repeat the above steps.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFICULTY LEVEL OF WORKING OUT INCHWORM?

This exercise is moderate to hard.

 

WHO ALL CAN PERFORM INCHWORM?

Anyone can perform this exercise.
