Performing the 7 steps below, you will be able to do this exercise properly:
1. Stand straight and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
2. Keep your arms fully extended and keep your elbows by your sides.
3. Exhale and keep your upper arms still and curl your dumbbells up towards your shoulders.
4. Raise the dumbbells until your shoulders are fully contracted.
5. Elevate the dumbbells to your shoulder level and hold for a count of one or two.
6. Then get back to the start position slowly and smoothly, inhaling as you do so.
7. Repeat.
