HOW TO DO DECLINE TRICEP EXTENSION (SKULL CRUSHERS) ?

By performing 7 steps mentioned below, you will be able to do this exercise:
1. Lie on a decline bench with shoulders and chest up and set up your bench to between 10 and 30 degrees. (You can change it according to your comfort level).
2. Place your feet under the foot pads.
3. Hold the EZ bar with an overhand grip and shoulders wide apart and lift the bar from the rack. (Make sure you are under some guidance)
4. Hold the bar above your chest with extended arms and elbows locked and then bend your arms toward you in a smooth arc and make sure your upper arms should not move.
5. Continue lowering the bar just above your forehead and feel the stretch in your triceps.
6. Hold and squeeze your triceps for a moment and then back to the starting position by extending arms with a smooth arc. (Make sure your upper arms should not be moving)
7. Do it again.

You can perform this exercise with a single dumbbell or a barrel.
