HOW TO DO DECLINE DUMBBELL PRESS ?

Follow the following 7 steps below, and you shall be able to perform this exercise properly:

  1. Be seated on a decline bench with your feet been locked under the leg brace.
  2. Place a dumbbell each on either of your thighs.
  3. Grabbing those dumbbells in either of your hands, lie down on the decline bench.
  4. Position those dumbbells on either sides of your chest with your arms bent under the weight of the dumbbells.
  5. Now, Steadily push up the dumbbells with the help of your elbows such that your arms are fully extended above your body.
  6. Bring down the dumbbells to the initial / starting position with either of them placed on each side of your chest.
  7. Feel the stretch in your chest and shoulders while you perform step no. 6.
