Following the 5 steps mentioned below, you can perform the Burpees exercise:
- Be seated on the Pec deck machine and rest your back at the back cushion.
- Starting Position: Place your hands on the handles such that your arms are parallel to the floor. If the arms aren’t parallel, adjust the handles of Pec deck machine accordingly.
- Now exhale your breathe and push the handles of the Pec deck machine towards the center of your chest thereby squeezing it.
- Final position: Inhale and return to the initial/starting position.
- Repeat the above steps to finish your sets.
