Butterfly exercise is particularly used for building out your chest.

Butterfly exercise requires a Pec deck machine to be performed.

HOW TO DO BUTTERFLY EXERCISE ?

Following the 5 steps mentioned below, you can perform the Burpees exercise:

  1. Be seated on the Pec deck machine and rest your back at the back cushion.
  2. Starting Position: Place your hands on the handles such that your arms are parallel to the floor. If the arms aren’t parallel, adjust the handles of Pec deck machine accordingly.
  3. Now exhale your breathe and push the handles of the Pec deck machine towards the center of your chest thereby squeezing it.
  4. Final position: Inhale and return to the initial/starting position.
  5. Repeat the above steps to finish your sets.
