HOW TO DO BODYWEIGHT WALKING LUNGE ?

8 steps and you shall be knowing how to perform Bodyweight walking lunge.

  1. Starting position: Stand straight with your hands at the sides of your hips and feet shoulder’s width apart.
  2. Step forward one of your legs and keep the other foot at its initial position itself.
  3. By bending your knees, lower down your body towards the ground and keep your back straightened as you do so.
  4. Keep moving downwards till your front knee reaches an angle of 90 degrees to the ground.
  5. Pause till the count of one.
  6. Final position: Push your front heel against the floor thereby letting both of your knees to move upwards and thus returning to the initial/starting position.
  7. Give yourself a halt of a moment and then repeat the above steps with your other leg, after which you would have been over with one rep for this exercise.
  8. Repeat the above steps.
