HOW TO DO BODYWEIGHT SQUATS ?

6 steps and you shall be knowing how to perform Bodyweight squats.

  1. Position yourself in a standing position with your feet distanced at your hip’s width apart but pointing straight ahead.
  2. Now place your hands slightly behind your head.
  3.  Starting position: With your heels supporting your weight lower down your hips towards the ground leaving a sitting impression.
  4. Make sure you have your back straight during the entire exercise.
  5. Keep doing this until you feel that your quadriceps are being stretched. Make sure you do not bend your knees more than the level of your toes.
  6. Final position: Push your hips up and forward with the help of your heels and stand straight thereby returning to the initial/starting position and repeat.
