  1. Place the barbell at a height equivalent to your shoulder’s height.
  2. Place an exercise step bench in front of you.
  3. Rest the barbell above your shoulders. Make sure it is not resting on your neck.
  4. Stand straight and put the barbell on your shoulders, holding them with your hands and move towards the step bench.
  5. Put one step on the step bench and push the other leg against the floor and place it too on the bench.
  6. Now put down your last leg on the ground, not the one you started the exercise with.
  7. Complete all the reps for one leg and then move to repeat all the steps for the other leg.
