  4. Place your feet at a distance less than shoulder width apart.
  5. Maintaining your legs straight, bend forward in a manner that your hips are raised and pointed out.
  6. Keep bending in the forward direction till you start feeling a stretch in your hamstrings. (Stretch only till a mild condition). Stay in the same position, till the count of one.
  7. Final position: Straighten your hips and return to the initial/starting position.
  8. Repeat the steps to complete all your reps.
